This month, raspberries take center stage in our “What’s In Season” series—and they’re bringing all the sweet-tart energy we need right now.

To celebrate May’s vibrant fruit, we’re indulging in Tum Tum’s May Cake—a dessert that perfectly captures the flavors of the season. This dreamy creation features:

  • Buttermilk dark chocolate sponge

  • Layers of raspberry preserves & chocolate custard filling

  • Delicate rosewater buttercream

Tessa of Tum Tum describes raspberries as “deep red & juicy, fresh off the vine—a true sign of summer. They’re great fresh or cooked down into a jam or compote.” We couldn’t agree more. Whether bursting in a bite or melted into a velvety filling, raspberries bring a delicious brightness to every dish.

Sip into Summer: May’s Signature Cocktail

To match those refreshing and floral notes, we’re shaking things up with our May signature cocktail: our take on the Honey Deuce ❤️🎾🍈. It’s crisp, cool, and the perfect complement to raspberry's tartness—ideal for sipping courtside or while lounging in the late spring sun.

Ingredients

1 1/4 oz of vodka 

3 oz fresh lemonade 

1/2 oz raspberry liquor

Garnish: honeydew




In a cup filled with ice

Add in

-1 1/4 oz of vodka 

-3 oz fresh lemonade 

-1/2 oz raspberry liquor

Garnish with honeydew
