What's In Season: Cherries

It’s officially summer, and also 6 month’s of our “What’s in Season” series! To celebrate the summer season and our series milestone, we’re highlight one of our favorite seasonal ingredients- the cherry!

Tum Tum’s June Cake is a pistachio chiffon cake, with cherry compote and salted sweet cream buttercream. Tessa of Tum Tum shares that: “Cherry picking is one of my favorite things to do in the summer. Nothing beats a fresh cherry right off the tree. Cherries can be a mess to cook with but they’re totally worth it.”

To pair with those tart and forward flavors, our June signature cocktail is our Boozy Cherry Limeade.
