Favorite moment on wedding day?
My favorite moment on my wedding day is the ceremony. No matter how many I watch, I always tear up seeing couples marry the love of their lives.
What would you say is your own strength as a planner?
Making sure our couples are enjoying the day together. The day goes by so fast, and many couples get pulled in so many directions by vendors, family, and friends. I'm always hyper-aware of how they are feeling and making sure they are doing everything THEY want on their wedding day.
Favorite Hawaiʻi wedding venue?
There are so many beautiful venues in Hawaiʻi. I would say I'm torn between Four Seasons Ko Olina or Hale Wailele on the Big Island.
Design must?
I honestly think florals bring life to each design concept. They completely transform the space while giving that WOW factor.
Favorite memory at FTG?
Definitely my first work trip with the team in Seattle. Although they are work trips, it never feels like work because we have so much fun together. There's really never a dull moment when we are all together.
Guilty pleasure?
I love having a glass of wine to wind down and relax at night.
Favorite date night restaurant in Hawaiʻi?
My favorite date night restaurant in Hawaiʻi is Fete.

What is _____'s strength as a planner?
Monique: Her ability to stay calm on the wedding day. From start to finish, she is always so calm and never panics under pressure.
Marisa: Her ability to remember specific setup logistics with certain vendors, which has saved me countless times. She's the queen at rallying guests for photos, and she's always there for you, no matter what you need.
Richel: When something is not going according to plan on the wedding day or just isn't working, she always has a creative way to either make it work or come up with a Plan B on the spot!
