When we think of what a wedding reception should look like, we see the ear-to-ear smiles on your loved one’s faces, the toasts that put a twinkle in your lovers eye, and the infectious laughter from your wedding party throughout the entire evening. When it comes to styling a reception space, we absolutely love creating a cozy atmosphere that can facilitate these unforgettable moments from the grand entrance to the last moments on the dance floor.

Lounge Seating
We are big fans of a cozy lounge set moment. Tie in your wedding colors, add in pops of texture, and give your wedding guests a comfortable space to mingle and enjoy a signature cocktail. And not to mention that is also serves as a perfect photo-op for you and your newly wedded love.
Candles and Twinkle Lights
When you’re trying to set a mood–lighting is absolutely everything. Go wild with tea lights, candlesticks, and warm twinkle lights throughout your reception to give that warm glow to the entire space. We love that it makes for some amazing warm and glowy night photos!
Mixed Table and Floor Seating
Floor seating has taken over our Instagram feeds as a boho-chic way to design your seating area, and we have taken the idea and ran with it! Give your guests options to mingle at cocktail tables, or take a moment to choose a fluffy seat at a floor picnic table. The options not only give a free-flow and casual vibe for the space, but allows your guests to spread out and get comfortable however way they would like.
Coffee, Tea, or Hot Cocoa Bar
Because there’s nothing that gives us that warm fuzzy feeling more than holding a cup of hot cocoa in between your hands. Make a cute cocoa bar or coffee station and let your guests indulge in your signature roast or some extra whipped cream for an extra sweet treat at the end of the evening.
Tipi Area
Nothing says cozy like an adult-sized tipi complete with layered rugs, pillows, and throws. It not only serves as a cozy hangout spot, but a play area for the keiki, and a super cute photo-op that we have definitely taken advantage of more than a couple of times.
